Bio: Jordan Schwartz
Born and raised in New York City, Jordan Schwartz has been
cooking and entertaining all of her life. As an urban professional running a
successful events marketing firm, Ms. Schwartz has little free time to create
fabulous meals for friends and family. Chefs in the City was established to
teach others how to follow their culinary dreams without having to sacrifice
their lifestyle.
Ms. Schwartz has been in the event industry for over ten years. She has worked in both New York City and Washington D.C. and has planned events for some of New York's largest corporations and premier charities such as Beth Israel Medical Center, BusinessWeek, Ford Motor Company, G&P Charitable Foundation, General Motors, The Kennedy Center, Teach for America and Tic Tac.
In 2001, Ms. Schwartz established Red Carpet Productions, her own event marketing firm. Red Carpet Productions provides event services for corporate, private and non-profit clients as well as marketing strategies for restaurants and consumer products. Her clients include CSFB, City Harvest, JetBlue, March of Dimes, MetLife, Pfizer and Time Warner.
In addition to running Red Carpet Productions, Jordan is also the in-house Director of Events and Marketing for the DePalino restaurant group, whose restaurants include City Crab & Seafood Company, Dukes, Earls and Big Daddy's.
